Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Posiverse. By creating a shop, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for what people you give access to do in your account. Give each staff member their own access rather than sharing one login — the app supports roles for exactly this reason.
Your data is yours
The products, sales, customers and stock records you create belong to you. We store and process them so the service can work. We do not sell them or share them with other businesses. You can ask for a copy, or for deletion, at any time — see the data deletion section of our Privacy Policy.
What you agree not to do
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Try to access another business's data
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service
- Resell access to the service without our written agreement
- Send messages through the service to people who have not agreed to receive them
Availability
We aim to keep Posiverse running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, a provider outage or a fault can interrupt service. Posiverse requires an internet connection to record a sale — please keep a fallback for billing if your connection is unreliable.
Early access
Posiverse is being used by its first shops. That means features may change, and we may contact you about how it is working. If a change would affect how you use the app, we will tell you rather than change it silently.
Pricing
Pricing is agreed directly with you. If we introduce standard pricing later, we will give you notice before anything changes for your account, and you will not be charged for a period you did not agree to.
Your responsibility for your records
Posiverse helps you record your business activity, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations. Reports such as profit, tax summaries and GSTR working are aids for you and your accountant, not tax advice or a filed return. Profit figures are gross profit and do not include expenses. We are not your accountant.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit or lost business — arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Posiverse whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we can.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we will notify you rather than quietly updating this page.
