Bill in seconds, not minutes
Tap or scan, split the payment across cash, UPI and card, print the receipt. The counter keeps moving.
Posiverse is the till, the stock register, the khata book and the daily profit report — in one Android app. Scan, bill, print, and know exactly what sold, what you made and who still owes you.
Works on any Android phone · Prints on Bluetooth thermal printers · GST-ready
From the first scan to the closing count, one app keeps the bill, the stock, the khata and the cash in step.
Tap or scan, split the payment across cash, UPI and card, print the receipt. The counter keeps moving.
Open a shift with your float, log cash in and out with a reason, close by counting. The app tells you if the drawer is over or short.
Gross profit for today, yesterday, this month or all time — after cost, returns and GST.
A customer swaps a ₹500 shirt for a ₹600 one: the screen shows they owe ₹100, takes it, and the drawer and stock both stay right.
Sales, tax, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B working, HSN summary and purchase GST — as PDF or CSV.
Credit sales and part payments recorded against the customer, with a receipt for every payment.
Categories on the left, products in the middle, the total always visible. Add by tap or barcode scan, take payment, print.
Tapping a product is quicker than writing a line. On a busy evening that's the difference between serving the last customer and losing them.
Stock moves with every sale and delivery, so the number on screen is the number on the shelf — and the dashboard tells you what's finished.
Every credit sale and part payment is on the customer's record with a receipt number. No arguments about what was paid.
Profit & Loss tells you what the shop made today, not after the accountant calls. And the cash register tells you whether the drawer matches the sales.
We don't hand you a login and wish you luck. We set it up with you.
Fill in the form and we'll call you. Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough to know if it fits.
We create your store with you and help load your products, categories and tax rates.
Connect a Bluetooth thermal printer and set your receipt header. Skip this if you don't print.
Open the till, tap what the customer is buying, take payment, print. That's the whole loop.
Your records are on managed Google Cloud infrastructure. A lost or broken phone doesn't lose your shop.
Each business's data is kept apart from every other business's. Nobody else can see yours.
A cashier can bill without reaching purchase costs, profit or settings. You decide what each person can open.
Edits, returns and cancellations are recorded, not deleted — so you can see who changed what.
An Android phone and an internet connection. If you want printed receipts or barcode labels, a Bluetooth thermal printer — the common 58 mm kind works.
No. Posiverse needs a connection to record a sale, because your data lives on the server where it's safe if the phone is lost or broken. Offline billing is something we're looking at, but we'd rather tell you plainly than promise it now.
Yes. Quantities can be decimal, so 0.5 kg or 1.5 metres bill correctly.
You set up your tax rates once and attach them to products. A product can be priced tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive, and the receipt shows the tax that was applied. Tax and GSTR working reports are built in for your accountant.
Posiverse shows gross profit: sales without GST, minus returns, minus what the items cost you. It saves each item's cost when you sell it, so changing a cost price later doesn't change past profit. Rent, salaries and other expenses are not included.
Open the sale, tap Return / Exchange, pick what's coming back and add what they're taking. The screen shows whether they owe a difference or you give money back, and records everything together.
While the till shift is still open you can edit the bill. After the shift is closed, use a return or exchange instead — the original day's figures stay as they were. Cancelling puts the stock back, and it's recorded rather than deleted.
Book a demo and we'll walk you through it with your own products — then set it up with you if it's a fit.
